• Homework should be done before coming to the HALC.
• Students must come with their reading assignments completed.
• Students must bring a copy of their assignments, ideas, notes, and drafts, so they can do their writing and revising at the HALC.
• Tutors will NOT correct or proof read student papers, but WILL help them find and correct their own errors. A tutor can't "FIX" a student's writing, but he or she can help them to become a better and more confident writer.
